apa sesusah itu bersabar?

Mau lari kemana?
sejauh apapun kau tak akan berpindah
apa kau lupa rasanya lelah?
cukup sudah berhenti lah bermain

Bukan mimpi yang tidak bisa jadi nyata
tapi manusia yang suka lupa berusaha
atau mengulang masa lalu
yang terekam bukan berarti berlalu

Maka balik lagi ku bertanya,
apa sesusah itu bersabar?

A Trip to Prague

I think Prague is one of the romantic city in Europe except the fact that theres a lot of tourist here.

Prague is the capital and largest city of the Czech Republic. It is the fourteenth-largest city in the European Union. It is also the historical capital of Bohemia.

I went there with my best friend Arinta. It was a 4-hour ride from Berlin by bus
we didn't prepare the trip properly so it was like going to get lost. We red some reviews on internet but didn't really take a note of where we're going.

we decided to sleep in a guest house. The owner named Jakub gave us some suggestion where to go and what to do. The house was a little far from the city centre but it was nice.

Day 2. It was 26 degree and we went to the tourist attraction places such as Petrin hill, Charles bridge old town square where the famous astronomical clock is.

And coincidently in old town square Arinta found tim burton exhibition. and it was pretty cool. unfortunately we are not allowed to take any picture.

Exploring old town square was really interesting. we found a vintage store where Arinta belong. she just flew there and trying almost all the hat and eventually bought one.

At night we tried Czech cuisine. Arinta had beef Gulasch and i had chicken stuffed with tomato. It was delicious. and for fine food like that it was cheaper compared to the price Berlin.

And for an architecture student like me it wasn't complete until I visited dancing house by frank Gehry. I don't know whats on Gehry's mind but the building is really unreal. its beautiful but also seems impossible.

The trip was really short but fun. i still amazed of how we didn't get lost and really enjoyed the city.
even though you don't know the language or where to go or what to eat, travelling with a best friend is never wrong.

Welcoming 2015

Happy new year everyone!

How was your new year's eve? I celebrated mine with a best friend on a hotel rooftop near Berlin Central Station.  It was not fancy but we experienced something new for us. The fireworks were beautiful as always. 

Before I started the new year, I think it's better to look back the previous year, to see what I have accomplished so far. 

JANUARY

This was my first college application form and it was sent back to me in January. Before I finally decided to study architecture, design was always be my dream major. To study Design in Germany is not easy. So I kinda gave up on that, but still try to pursue it trough a hobby. They say what we want is not always what we need :)

FEBRUARY 

This was my first portfolio at uni. I'm proud enough to say that I have had done such a great job during the first semester. Not a perfect score but I managed to get everything done on time. 

MARCH

I spent my holiday in Indonesia! After 1,5 year I finally visited home. I get really close with my family and friends. After ate a lot of good food and went to good places in Jakarta with friends, I ended my holiday with a family issue. It actually affected me very bad, but I try to learn how to overcome the problems. 

I get to know that I have to understand and accept other's decision.

APRIL

Sakti and I took a short trip to Lübeck and Travemünde. 

I was so happy to see such a beautiful place. To see the ocean and play with sand is such a rare experience in Germany, at least for me.

MAY

Arinta came to town! One of the best memory from 2014 was when we travel to Prague together. 

Suddenly exploring Berlin became more interesting with her.

JUNE

I got new family! the new commite of PPI Berlin.

JULY

I experienced being a model and got a profesional photographer to take my picture. 

AUGUST

I turned 22! 

I am blessed to have a nice boyfriend, many of good friend and super duper thoughtful best friend. 

SEPTEMBER

I (still) couldn't believe that I featured on ELLE UK September's issue.

OCTOBER

I tried something new which is involved needle and thread. 

My first ever bag. Soon to be something big. Hopefully!

NOVEMBER

I never ever imagined myself join ask.fm. But after I saw my friend's account I thought it maybe a great idea to share my life in Germany to the others. So I decided to make an account. 

DECEMBER

I am so grateful to end the year with her. Even though I hate to go outside on new year's eve but again, thanks for always being by me side every single day in 2014.

I guess now I can move on to the new chapter.
